Store Policies

Our Return Policy

If your order is less than perfect upon arrival, we want to know! Send a photo to gr8gifts@yahoo.com  and our Team will get back to you with a solution. We’re here to help. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days.

Once you receive your item, it is important that you notify us via email of any problems with your order within 24-48 hours. After 48 hours upon receipt of item we do not offer any refunds or exchanges.
 

We understand that you might occasionally change your mind. You can send most unworn items back within 5 working days of the ship date for a full refund or credit. All tags must be attached. Please include your original invoice with your return, and note the reason for return. Without order information, we are unable to process your return. Additionally, if you received a free gift with purchase, please make sure to send it back with the return or the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.

Please note: Final Sale, Discounted items or Custom Made Products  cannot be returned.​

If your return does not include the designed packaging and/or the designed packaging is not in new condition as it was designed, GR8 Gifts will deduct a fee of $5.00 off of your return order amount.

 

If your package was custom designed, we will deduct a fee of $7.00 off your purchased item.

Exchange Policy

At this time, due to limited quantities and we may not have the exact item to exchange with, we cannot process exchanges.
